Got a new esim made it my secondary and it would not work. Community said to remove it and add it again but now it won't let me add the esim from the email. I am in desperate need of help

You can see if you can login the App without the esim and have the 2FA sent to email. At the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" to get 2FA
If you can login the app, you can re-buy the esim by going Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM.
If you cannot get the 2FA via email and cannot login the app, you will have to ask PM CS agent for help. Private message CS Agent at:

I deleted me esim cause it wasn't working and it said somewhere to reinstall it. I also cannot login into my account because it os trying to send a code to the phone number but without a working Sim card I cannot confirm it. Im stuck and have no phone I need help immediately
