Transfered from koodoo a few weeks ago but text wasn’t working tried to fix it but now number is inactive. Need help

was your Koodo service still working? If it is , the port was not completed
but if Koodo service stopped when you test your Koodo sim card, then the port is done and just a matter or esim installation. Do you see a Public Mobile esim on your phone? Check Sim card Manager or Settings -> Cellular. Make sure it is enabled, or Turn on this line is on if it is on iPhone. Make sure it is set as Primary
