Hi there ! I tried to port my number from Koodo to public mobile the account is created but esim cannot activated it's asking to contact service . I tried with esim QR code still fail

sometimes the esim is already there and just not turned on
First, go to Sim Manager or Settings->Cellular on your phone and check if a Public Mobile sim card is there. If it is, enable it or toggle on "Turn on this line" and set it as Primary
if the esim is not there, check if you actually received a Welcome email and if there is a eSIM QR code to scan and install

Do you know if your phone is eSIM compatible? What is the make and model of your phone?
If not, you need to purchase a SIM.
If it is then contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the porting.
