@RJC4 you can "purchase" additional eSIM's for a new phone and if you've already had one through PM there should be no cost to you, so while it seems like you have to purchase another one the total at the end should be 0.00. Once you setup a new eSIM on another device the old device will stop working, you can only have one SIM (eSIM or physical card) working per account. To purchase a new eSIM you will need to install the PM app on the new device, then go to the "Account" tab where you can order it from there

you can’t have two SIM cards or one sim and one eSIM or two eSIM linked to the same account/phone number
to convert from SIM to eSIM, the regular SIM will be deactivated and no longer used, the cost is $10, you can buy eSIm through the app
