I just recently tried to join public mobile but in the setup process I indicated my phone was esim compatible and it turned out it is not. Now it won't let me complete the registration process or go back to change from esim to regular sim. I cannot do anything or even get off the phone is noncompatible with esim page on the app. The payment has went through but I have no way to use it. Any help out there?
I also looked for a number I could call but nothing is available.
