Both my wife and I wanted to take advantage of the 20 dollar Flash sale and port over from Koodo.
I started the process. Koodo released my number but now the app will not activate my esim.
So I have no way to call anyone or data.
Please help.
Also my wife would still like to take advantage of the deal but can't afford to start the porting process and lose her number while PM system is not working. If she could be given the deal as well that would be amazing!

can you double check if the PM eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?
if yes, then you need to manually enable it (and make sure you removed the old sim card and disable old esim)
but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
