My daughter phone will not turn on and I’m trying to activate her Esim on her new phone, is it possible ? I’d like to be able to keep her number

HI @Brook06
just the phone cannot turn on? The existing sim should still work, take it out and test int he new phone. Maybe you don't need to buy a new card

@Brook06 at the moment eSIM is not available for exiting customers,
And YES, you can keep your phone number
if you still have the old sim card, just move it from the broken phone to the new one and it should work.
if you don't have the old sim, then get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you got the sim card, go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
