My account is currently suspended because I let my previous 90 day plan end, without renewing. The self-serve site asks me to make a payment to keep my account active.
I'm trying to change my plan to 30 day, unlimited international text ($20 total). I've topped up my account, and have a $20 balance ready to pay for it. However, when I click the button to change the plan, I get the error: "Sorry! We weren't able to process your request. Please try again later."
Can @Shazia_K @CS_Agent or someone else from Public Mobile help me change my plan?

you can not change plans if you are suspended you need the moderators to do it for you.
