Error saying Invalid phone number

I am trying to transfer my phone number from telus and it is saying that it is an invalid phone number. Can someone help please?

is the number you wanna port to PM, a Telus corporate number ?

@AliKazmi - Ok, so I think you may want to pick a new number (For now) and create a ticket with CS_Agent so then they can assist with porting your TELUS number.

Hi,

I am using my 10 digit number on the transfer number page in the public mobile app but it is saying invalid phone number.

@AliKazmi - It should be able to port in.

Just use the 10 digit phone number that you want to port no 1 or +1 needed.

Also I recommend to use the Account Number instead of the IMEI.
