I created new account today, applied new SIM, selected plan and made payment from my card. It showed message payment was processed but account configuration error occured. Error code M 8703. I checked my card its debited from my card. When i login to public mobile it opens page review and make payment.
What should i do and to whom should i call

I applied for new SIM. I am new customer, doesn't have any service or public mobile plan

@Harryz you should check to see if your account setup/number transfers have been completed by checking that calling/text and data are working. Did you complete the account activation through the PM app on your device?

Public Mobile does not offer customer service over the phone. Please contact a Public Mobile customer support agent using the chatbot.
