Hello, I’ve been using Public Mobile for awhile now.
The issue I’m experiencing is that when I sign into my account, even after resetting the password and entering the new password, every time the screen goes blank and there’s and error message at the top of the screen saying: Forbidden A1.
What does this message mean and why can’t I access my account? Please offer some constructive feedback about how to resolve this problem.

if it still fails, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser as well as the PM app

That message sometimes comes up when the online portal is down for maintenance which usually happens during the night. If this is the case you can try again later/in the morning.
I see some time has passed since you created this post and it's currently working for me right now.
