It's been 3 days that I am stuck in an infernal loop of "This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)". I want to change carriers, but I can't select my plan. What's the problem and how can I fix this?

@JessyP - Error code XXX means you will need to use the app to continue activation.
