Error 6UT1: Can’t receive incoming calls, only make outbound calls

Signed up for $50 Can/US plan using eSim earlier today and I can’t receive any incoming calls.

Whenever someone tries calling me, they get “error code 6ut1: The number you are calling is not in service"

However, outgoing calls work. I tried restarting my cellphone and nothing has worked so far. 

I have tried looking through other posts but couldn’t find any solution

Did you resolve your issue?  Cause I’m getting the same issue

did you port in your number? if you did, you got a text from old carrier and you replied Yes?  If you ported in number, the port was not done.  i will send you a number to call porting team to confirm.  Please check Community inbox for the number
