I purchased E sim card. They charged my money right away. However, nobody sent me E sim Card either by email or QR code by mail. I can`t continue to activate E sim card. Where is the custom service?

If you weren’t able to directly download and install the eSIM from the app and haven’t received it via the welcome email you will have to message customer service in order to have the QR code re-issued.

was that new activation? or existing subscriber changing to eSIM from physical?
if new activation, check the welcome email
if existing subscriber, login the app again and check if the QR code is there
