Error 2t6 outgoing calls

I need s ticket sent for error 2t6 number not in service when placing outgoing calls

Hi @L2R 

PM has some voice problem still with some customers.   Try to turn off the phone for 5 mins first, then start it up and test again 

if you still unable to make calls, open ticket with CS agent 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@L2R , is your account in active status and SMS and data functional?  If so, then your account could be affected by a calling feature glitch.  Please use the chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket.  A CSA will be able to resolve the problem for you.
