Empty Plan without Talk/Text/Data Options

Hi everyone,


I recently ported my number over from Freedom Mobile last night for the $40/4GB promotion and selected the following options: 90 day plan, unlimited province-wide talk, unlimited international texting, 6GB of data.

 

After logging into my self serve, the only thing I can see is 

Pick & Pay
  • This plan includes: - $25 per 90 Days

None of my services are working despite receiving a confirmation email for the Pick & Pay $120 and confirmation text from Public Mobile stating that my transfer request has been completed. My old Freedom Mobile sim card does not work now as well.
 
 
Does anyone have suggestions on what to do next?

I have PM'd the mods and will be using WhatsApp with wifi in the meantime.

Unfortunately you will need moderator assistance. Send  a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Given their backlog it may be a day before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages so you see their response as soon as possible.

 

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wif.
