Or not sure if it is affected by the maintenance, , you might be want to try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC from a landline. Enter 1 for English and then your phone number to check the account status
And if you have physical sim, you can also try your PM sim in another phone just to confirm it is not a device issue
If you have eSIM, disable your other sim like travel eSIM and make sure PM eSIM is set to Primary and enabled
