Recently NS just sent out an Emergency Alert, this was real and not a practise. I did not receive this. I have an iPhone 6s and if I go to settings, notifications and scroll to the bottom there is no government alert option to select and turn on. How else can I fix this?

Go to Settings -> Cellular and make sure 4G is enabled.

@Tiggerccino , where was your phone located when the alert was issued? Place the phone in the same location. Does the phone have an LTE connection? If so, you should have received the alert. If the phone is connected to 3G, then you would not have received the alert.

@Tiggerccinoto get emergency alerts, your phone must be set on or be able to work on 4g LTE. If its like mine, and able to work only on 3G data, it will not get the warnings. Take care of yourself.
