Emails not sending from Samsung s10+

Hi there and thank you! I dropped my old LG phone in the loo and got a new Samsung. I can't figure out why emails are not sending from phone to computer. Thanks for your help!!

Not necessarily. You can use mail app which came with Samsung phone and add as many email accounts as you want and access them from one place. No need for zillion apps on a phone.

@Gofiona What do you mean by "emails are not sending from phone to computer"? Emails are sent to email addresses of recipient. What happens when you send an email to your alternative email address? Verify internet connectivity before sending a test email. I recommend the Outlook app from Microsoft for emails.

@Gofiona we are talking emails here? Are you able to try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari..)?

Try other troubleshooting below:

Try clearing the app's cache by navigating to Settings and then tapping Apps.

Select the email app, and then tap Storage.

Tap Clear cache.

To clear the app's data, navigate to Settings and then tap Apps.

Check your internet connection, if you are on wifi. Do other websites load okay?

Removing and re-adding your email account can help resolve minor issues.

To do this, navigate to and open Settings. Tap Accounts and backup, and then tap Manage accounts.

Next, tap on the email account you'd like to remove. Tap Remove account. To confirm, tap Remove account a second time. Add the email account again, and then try to send another email.

First, is your Wifi and Mobile Data working on other apps, like internet browser?
