and 
click
Contact Us
and submit a ticket,

 

if getting a error for submit ticket then contact support team by private message CS_Agent

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

I have been trying since 25 days but no help . I guess I will go with other provider . Thank you

did you activate in store?  if you activated yourself online , you should have a My Account setup already.

 

But if you activated instore, then, yes, likely it wasn't created and you need to:

 


To set it up now, go to My Acccount site and click Register now (or this link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/XZxMjt) and follow the steps below:

  • You will have to come to this direct link to open ticket with CS agent
    https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/XZxMjt
  • Click "Contact Us"
  • and then Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  • you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    At Step 1. Select an issue category , leave it with Password & Username Reset there,
    Click Change my Self-Serve email and the click Next

    At Step 2. Complete additional issue details, enter a email address you want to setup to login to My Account and pick one of the questions to answer to validate yourself

    At the same step, you can choose to accept live chat or not, and click Next

    In the next step to Verify your identity, click Verity by SMS Code, enter the phone number and Send a code

    click "Submit Ticket" to complete the process


 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
