To Whom It May Concern,
I received an email yesterday stating that I'm missed and would like to have me back.
I have an active account & phone number with monthly withdrawals for payment.
Why did I get this???? It says I will possibly lose my number.
Should I worry????

If you have service, I don't think there is any concern
To be very safe, Login to My Account using Incognito mode. If you see account showing Acitve, then I guess nothing to worry about. PM did send incorrect email occasionally.
@bridgenovice important addition to the quoted suggestion: do NOT follow any links in the email you received (in case it is indeed a phishing email) and instead scroll to the top of this page (the community page you're on right now), and click on Sign In in the top right corner of the page, and then on My Account.

We are all customers and members like you here @bridgenovice , so we have no idea why you received an email.
But will try and help if we can.
Are your services working on your phone okay?
Did you ever have an issue activating an account recently or in the past? Perhaps a 2nd account was created in the past with a different account/number attached to it and this email attached?

@bridgenovice PM is known for sometimes sending errant email/text messages about the status of customer's accounts and if you have active service and no payment problems, then it's safe to disregard this email.
You can also make sure nothing is awry by logging into your account using incognito/private mode on the browser.
