Now, my wife wants to create an account on public mobile. She has a phone already with your compagny and she is paying monthly. She would like to have this email connected to her mobile phone. Can you help us on that?

To change email address connected with My Account, please open ticket with PM Support using chatbot
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@framboiselev @We are customers like you , no need to put personal info here , but you can get another account no problem , but for each account needs it’s own email
