Are you trying to change the e-mail address on your Self Serve account or are you having trouble receiving the Self Serve 2FA code by e-mail? A Public Mobile CSA can help with that, but if this is a general quetsion about your e-mail service, Public Mobile wouldn't be able to assist with that.
