Email address used for registration not able to be used for password recovery

Currently have a problem trying to recover a password for an account.  Used email+1234@gmail.com for email address.  Unable to enter the + character for email address recovery.  Anybody have any tips?

I would. If I could login.  

Problem is I have 7 accounts setup the same way.....  

I totally agree because I have used Gmail alias in am account.  I have asked about getting this problem fixed.  I will ask again.  In any event don't expect a quick turnaround.  Change your email association in the account, I did.

Then Public Mobile should fix that. If they let you register with '+' in email, then they should let you reset password too. (this might never happen nor will help OP in this case probably)..

When doing that, the Self Serve page deletes the plus signs.

To my knowledge, the password reset instruction e-mail cannot be esnt to Gmail alias addresses.  You'r egoing to need to as a customer support agent for help.  Please open a ticket using the chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
