Email User ID Not Valid

Strinh
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hello,

I went to a Loblaws kiosk in mid August and paid for a sim card.  The guy was very nice helping me to register my sim online on his laptop to get my phone working right away.  But some how I could not sign in when I got home using my smartphone.  I cannot sign in with my email user ID (the same email PM sent me to remind me to sign up).  As it doesn't even recognize my email, I can't go in to click on "forgot my password".  I might have tried too many times and it locked my email up?

However, this week my phone stopped working with problem with my credit card.  I had to go to Loblaws to purchase a money voucher to put in using *611.  I can use the phone now.

Please help me to re-register my account online so I can update my credit card.

Regards

I put the info' in correctly but it did not recognize my email address or Phone #. I validated it at home. I can not find a way into the site to get help.

First, please remove your phone number from this public website and you may want to start your own thread.

More details may be helpful.  Did you also activate in store?  Or did you activate at home?  Did you port number or choose a new PM number?

Click on the "Create Account" button on the login page.

Enter your 10-digit phone number (without spaces or dashes). Click Submit and you'll receive a text message containing your 6-digit code.

Follow the instruction to setup your self-serve account.

@Strinh

As suggested above, you will need to create your self service account.  In store activations don't create a self service account.  You need to create one when you get home.

If the above link doesn't work, let us know.....

Hi, Try creating your account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

Information Needed To Create A Self-Serve Account

To create your Self-Serve account, you will need:

  • A valid email address: if you ordered your SIM card online or already have a Community account, we recommend using the same email address you used for those. Your Community and Self-Serve email addresses must match in order to earn Community Rewards.
  • Your Public Mobile phone number.
