Economical and long term plans in public mobile

i an new to public mobile and want to ask in future will there be any long term( semi annual or annual) plans for affordable price.

From what I know, PM never offer 6 months or annual plans.  Also, problem with those plans are that it is pretty much a locked in contract (the fact that PM is prepaid and no refund).  We knew some people are not happy with their current 90 days plan as they see PM coming out with cheaper price plan and they cannot change to those until the end of their current long term plan

There are no long term plans on 3G and 4G plans but there are 90 day cycle on the 60gb 5G plan for $50/month.
