If you are on automatic subscription and your services are working, ignore this message. This message is normal on the morning that your subscription is ending. Your plan is not being changed. The "Change Subscription" link is only if you want to change a plan.

Do you have your plan on auto subscription?

@Soda-pop I'm guessing today is your renewal date? If it is and your services are still working, ignore it, it's just the way they renew.
