I'm out of data and I need more so I bought a voucher for the amount ofy plan and need to renew it but it won't let me and my plan only end in a few weeks but I'd like to renew it now what are my options other then having to submit a ticket.?

maybe time to upgrade to plan with a bit more data. You can just log in to your account using the app, scroll down to Manage Subscription and tap, then tap Change Subscription to see which plan are available to you currently. If you see something you want, you can opt for either Change on Renewal OR Change plan Now. Best is to Change on Renewal as you won't pay until renewal data.

Another option is to go to Subscriptions and Change Plan... see what's there. If there is something within a few dollars, you can just change to that plan. Just know you won't be able to go back to the old plan. Might be much easier that way.
