I was unable to install the eSim via the PM app. I also tried scanning the QR code but it says to try later or contact carrier. Can anyone provide me guidance? TIA

What should I do if the eSIM download fails?
If the eSIM installation fails, you have the option to retry the download up to three times. If the issue persists after three attempts, you will have the option to contact a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.
