hotspot from the Esim after 24 hours isn’t working well, is there any way to transfer an Esim to another device or cancel it?
chatbot says to create a ticket or message CS_Agent but both of those things are broken.

e-SIM is now available to both New Activations and Existing Subscribers of Public Mobile.

Telus Corporate Stores sell Kodoo as well, therefore that's why you'd see Public Mobile at a Koodo since it's a Telus Corporate store.
Koodo dealers are no longer carrying.

Strange, my local Telus/Koodo store at the mall still sell them. I asked about couple of weeks ago but they tried to up sell me a Telus or Koodo plan.

Koodo locations no longer carry Public Mobile SIM Cards, only Telus Corporate Stores and Mobile Klinic.

Currently you can't transfer eSIM from one device to another. You only option is to transfer to a SIM.
You can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store or at Amazon.ca.

You'll have to resort to a Physical SIM Card since e-SIM isn't available for existing Accounts, and unfortunately it's not possible to transfer an e-SIM from one device to another since e-SIM uses your IMEI2 Number.
If you need a SIM Card, Amazon has them on sale for $4.99 right now. Directly from Public Mobile, fulfillment of Prime Delivery in 1-2 days.
