Hello,
I am interested in purchasing an eSIM from Public Mobile. I currently have a Samsung Galaxy A32 and would like to know:
1. Is my device compatible with Public Mobile's eSIM services?
2. If yes, can I use the eSIM alongside a physical SIM card at the same time?
3. Also, is it possible to register the eSIM under a company name instead of a personal one?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Samsung A32 does not have eSIM itself, it has only physical sim slot but no esim functionality. So it is not a network compatibility issue but the lack of support on the device level

A: It's hard to know when @hTideGnow says YES and @BKNS27 says NO. The real way to tell is to go into your phone settings, tap on Connections. Then SIM manager. See if eSIM option is there.
2. If yes, can I use the eSIM alongside a physical SIM card at the same time?A: IF your A32 is eSIM compatible, then of course. I have an eSIM and SIM in my phone, but they are iPhones. Just know, if you are on one line, the other line won't ring or receive texts until your disconnected from the other line.
3. Also, is it possible to register the eSIM under a company name instead of a personal one?A: You can go into your account settings and change the name to your business if you choose. Nothing is stopping you there. 🙂
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hope that helps.

Sorry the Samsung A32 is NOT eSIM compatible. If it was, there is an Add ESIM setting in Connection>SIM Manager.

It looks like nano SIM compatible only.
You can register under any name you want but remember the email and password for that account if you have 2 accounts…a private account under your name and a company account.

hi @Fereshte
1. yes, it is compatible
2. you cannot use BOTH esim and physical on the same account. After you complete the esim purchase, your physical sim would no longer be useful
3. if you have 2 accounts (2 different numbers), you can use esim and physical sim together. But they have to be 2 different accounts. So, if you are setting up a new esim with another number, yes you can use the business name you like
