hi @MsMarina882
what exact error it is?
and your "new" phone is an iPhone? was it used with another sim card before? or you just got it new or got it via private sell?

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max about 6 months ago. The previous owner said she had an aftermarket screen installed for about a month. It was working fine for about 3 months but when I updated the iOS…the iPhone also had a black screen so I took it to an Apple Genius store to have them check out the iPhone. Apple said it was the aftermarket screen and it needed replacing.
Bring it into an Apple Store to check the iPhone 13 out.

With the SIM card in the iPhone, did you reboot? Cause it really is that simple.
Of course, the account has to be paid up and active.....

There should be nothing special to do. Just move it to the new phone. Restart if needed.

Hey @MsMarina882
Of course. I would grab your iphone, do a network reset, turn off the phone, insert the SIM card and boot up the phone. You'll be up and running!!
