Started getting the above error last night when trying to send picture texts to people on other networks. Works fine for Telus/Public Mobile customers. Suggestions?

Yes... just a problem with MMS texts to numbers on other carriers. No problem on the Telus/Public Mobile network.
I don't know that happened but just as suddenly as it started, the problem seems to have solved itself so I'll close this thread. Thanks for your help.

just MMS error? how about voice and data?
try to first reboot your phone
if still fails, try to reseat the sim card once. Power off the phone, pull the sim card out for a minute, then put it back and power up
And try to put your PM sim card in another phone. This just to confirm it is not a device problem
If all fails, try to use your phone in another area. Maybe just a local network issue

According to Telus outage, there might be active issue in Oshawa area
