EMAIL NOT MATCHING WITH PHONE NUMBER

HELLO EVERYONE,

I HAVE A COMPLICATED CASE. LAST YEAR, I USED MY EMAIL (A) TO REGISTER MY DAD'S PHONE NUMBER (1). AFTER 6 MONTHS, I CANCELED THE (1).

THIS YEAR (IN JUNE), I ALSO USED THE (A) EMAIL TO REGISTER THE ORTHE PHONE NUMBER (2). IT'S FINE AND I COULD LOG IN AND SET AUTO PAY. AFTER A MONTH, HOWEVER, I CAN NOT LOG IN BECAUSE THE SYSTEM SHOWED THAT WAS SENT THE CODE TO THE (1) BUT I DO NOT USE THE (1) ANYMORE.

RIGHT NOW, I CAN NOT CHECK OR MODIFY ANY SERVICE ON THE (2). WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT?

Try to resend code and choose email 2FA.  That should be able to access your account.  

Otherwise, you will need to contact Customer service agent to figure out the number mix up.  Either submit ticket for CSA help or if that does not work, private message CSA via this link:

Try this.

Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone? Try this method

First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********.  But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screen shot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.

Then, the next window that pops up is this.

Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your key pad.

You should now be able to get into your account.

EDIT: And from there you can manage your EverSafe profile by changing the phone number the 2FA code goes to. I circled the email but the phone number is right below it.
