I already signed up to the account and choose the physical. And it’s gonna take over a week. I can’t bypass; it says free e sim. I wish it did both.

log in to your new account and buy a new esim. It'll cost you $5 to change to esim from hard sim. If you replace cellphone in the future, the eim will be a free replacement.

@Britalyssa If your already activated the physical SIM card and everything working just log into your account and go to account page and buy eSIM on the app and buy eSIM that’s it , if you haven’t activated yet you will need support to help unless you just wanna create new account with new email and choose eSIM instead
