As per your chatbot I reset my phone and I can't have esim again, I need to use my phone, it's so urgent, I have a an 8 hour drive and I need my phone. I paid my subscription. Fix this NOW

if you reset your phone, you will need to buy eSIM again
download PM app, login the app, choose 2FA to receive via email (click Didn't receive code, or Resend code, and select Send email)
after you login, go to Account page and click Purchase sim card and choose eSIM
