E-Sim not working on iphone xs.

i tried for the frist time it took esim but no network. i deelted the e-sim and tried to re install the esim and that is giving me error that esim cannot be added. please try again or contact service provider. its been 4 days now with no service. i have tried emailing from community also but no replies. 
can any help me on this  or please send me physical sim .

I have purchased the SIM card from Telus store . I am not able to activate it singly account on mobile ap as its asking for code that is generated on mobile number ###-###-####. but it not working from day one due to e-sim error . 

 

new SIM # I got from store is ###################

kindly assist me to activate the Sim card . 
also please refund me for February month as my subscription is not activate fully so did not use it.

Best to purchase a SIM from Amazon or from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store. If your order a SIM from PM it might take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
