@Ak47abz To replace the esim you just download the Public Mobile app on your new phone, log in to your account and buy a new one (since you already had one you should be credited the $5).
To get a new physical sim go to a Telus/Koodo store that has stock and buy one, or order from Amazon. Mobile Klinik may also have them. You can order from PM directly but delivery is by regular Canada Post and can be slow.

Are you asking for a free replacement? Not sure of your question.

To change your SIM card you'll need to get into your Public Mobile self serve account. When logging in, select the didn't get code/resend code option to have the 2FA code sent to e-mail.
