If your phone is eSim compatible, download the Public Mobile app. Either log in or set up your new Public Mobile account and subscription. First check if your phone is eSIM compatible.
If it is not compatible then you need to purchase a SIM and download the PM app to activate the SIM. But DON’T buy the eSIM because it is free without checking if the phone is eSIM compatible…you will be wasting everyone time and having the CS_Agent fix the issue by switch eSIM to a SIM.
If it is compatible, go to the PM app and make purchase.
What is the make and model of your phone so we can check for you if you don’t know if it nos compatible.

@naoli If you are setting up a new subscription, you should receive a QR code to your email that you can scan and work from. You may have to check your spam/junk folder for the code. Hope this helps
