Hello there,
Two days ago, I visited a mobile shop and let the sales try whether my koodo number(not prepaid) could be ported in public mobile. The sales input all the info and reached the final payment page and said my phone number seems eligible for porting in. But my credit card didn't go through and I brought a sim card home and try to port in by myself.
However the PM website said my number is not qualified...And I tried to port in virgin prepaid account, the specialist said that there are duplicates poring requests. I think the one made at mobile shop was not cancelled. So is there anyone know how to solve the issue?

Check if sim card works. It could have charged you but activation computer was wrong. Once there is a port request, you can't fix it without a moderator helping.

@chuck20002004 which number do you want to port, Koodo or Virgin? You do realize that the port once completed will automatically close your account with the previous provider?
