Duplicate charge upon subscription

I purchased two lines and received two emails confirming the order for $43.68 on Nov 24, 2023. However, my credit card shows three charges for the same amount on that date. Credit card company suggested to contact the seller. I am not able to create a ticket because the site displays an error message. What do I do?

@VB-100  .ensure one charge is not not just pending , if both charges are posted the submit ticket with support
