did you just activate? did you use the app and got to the end of the activation?? if you have not used the app yet, please download the Public Mobile app , login and complete the activation first

if you already used the app and got to the end, may I. know if you was activating physical or eSIM and can you sim connect to the PM network??

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

@barrier1020  Are you trying to activate on the APP not website ? Do you see option says “didn’t get code “ tap it will it give option to send code to email instead . If no luck get support to help you gain access
