Hi Folks!  Anyone experiencing drop calls. My phone is dropping calls

@Cucumber999  - can you try your SIM into another compatible phone to see if the issue persists?

 

If you are unable to do this, or if the problem still happens, try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily), and see if that improves your service.

Are you in good reception area (not in basement)

Also you can try re-seating the SIM while re-booting the device.

Hi @Cucumber999  , you have  drop calls while you are on a call?   You notice if it happen at any particular time, like always 1 minutes into the call? or Random?

 

What brand/model is your phone?  A phone will not enough compatible bands could have caused the issue

 

Also, you have drop calls issue everywhere? or just some particular location?

 

 

You tried reboot the phone?

can you do troubleshoot your device,

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,

1. power off your device

2. take out the SIM card,

3. waiting a 1 minute,

4. put it back and power on,

5. toggling airplane mode off/on,  

 

and you can try to reset network settings and Changing APN Settings,
for iphone

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

 

try to check update your device,

 

you can try to test your SIM card in another device to you know the issue from SIM card network or your device issue.
