I made 2 payments how do i get one payment refunded back

@Lacrossemom if you have made double payment, you should see Available Fund on My Account has one of the two payments. That would be a credit you can leave it there and PM will use it towards next renewal. It is much easier that way
But if you really want to ask for a refund, then you will have to open ticket with PM support, but it could take 2 weeks or so:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
