Hey, I just issued a payment due for today and got charged twice. Is there a way to get refunded for this bug in the system?

You must have entered the payment twice so you were charged twice.

Please note that the overcharge will stay in your account as a credit and will apply to your next month bill.

If you still want a refund, you will need to contact a CS_Agent and request a refund but it will take up to 30 days to process so better to leave it as credit.

@DarkNite Do you see the doubled payment under Account Balance? If yes, you should leave it there because it will get used during your next renewal.
