I got double charged for this months plan as it shows on my credit card. How do I get refunded?

is this your first ever renewal? if not, I wouldn't worry too much.
The reason I asked if it is a first renewal charge is that I want to make sure you didn't create 2 accounts by accident. If you recall you encountered some error during activation and need to go back and reactivate again, then there might be a chance you created two accounts and the two charges came from that. But again, I would wait
Are the charges showing on the same day? If the charge only on your card for a day or two, wait for couple days to confirm if it is a real charge or just a pending charge.

remember that your PM plan is only for 30 days...not a month. It is possible that your plan could renew 2 times in 1 month.

Is it possible one of the charges is 'pending' and will not settle to an authorized charge?
If it's really been double charged, did you or anyone with access to the self-serve site schedule an immediate plan change at any time during the cycle? That would cause another cycle charge to occur mid-cycle.
Also, check to see if the 'double charge' is showing under your Available Funds - if it is, leave it there for next renewal.
