Double charged on my account

I have been on the 90 promo plan for approx 2 years now, I was still charged the normal fee but at the same time was also charged an extra $109 and now there is a lot of extra funds in my account. It was an autopay so I have no clue why I was charged over $100 extra this cycle. Can anyone help me figure out what happened?

As @mimmo mentioned if you are referring to you PM self serve account it may appear as a double charge but not actually be double charged. The payment history can be a little confusing for some accounts. If your CC actually shows the double charge than that is a different story and I suggest contacting the MODs, not for a refund (Unless you absolutely need it) but just to make sure it does not happen again.

Sorry to hear your trouble.  You can ask for refund as other had suggested,  But I heard that it may take 3 months.  You can wait for next renewal date, also almost 90 days away, to use up your avaailable fund in your account.

 

When was your renewal date?

If your renewal date was Nov 4, the Nov 4 maintenance may have something to do with the second payment from your CC.  If you live in east coast, your AST midnight will be earlier than ET midnight time in ON.  PM system took money out of your CC between AST midnight and ET midnight.  After Nov 4 maintenance was completed, PM system took money from your CC again. 

 

This is just my guess to explain why.  But I may be completely wrong.

That is unfortunate @jhazin

Sounds like a glitch to me.

Best thing to do would probably be to contact the Moderators to find out what is going on or atleast have the funds reversed even if there is an explanation for that.

Did you make any recent changes? If not, then it's even more odd.

If you're tight on money then certainly take it up with the mods. If not so much then think of it as having funds for your next renewal. Your next renewal will take from Available Funds first and then go to your cc.

If you can post a screen shot of payment history that would help.  Are you sure your cc was charged twice?
