Can't access account , but phone number ported over. phone will not dial out or text. can I contact anyone or have someone call me?

It can take upto 48 hours until the number port is completed.
Your old service/SIM should still be active. Use it until you can't make a call and have your PM SIM handy and swap (with phone powered off).
If after 48 hours and still not resolved; contact a mod for assistance (link).

If you activated your account online, your self-serve account should be created. Use your email address and password supplied during activation to login.
Did you received a PM welcome email?
If no, you may have a typo on your email address. Send a private message to moderator for help.
If you activate your account in-store, you need to create your self-serve account first before to can access your account online. Can you received any call or text? You need to be able to receive a 6 digits code in a text message from PM in order to create your self-serve account. If not, send a private message to moderator for help.

Can you use the old sim in a meantime, it should be working until the o port is finished

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.
