Double charged in November

Hi, I was double charged in November. I wasn’t aware, my bank charged me interest. Can someone look into it, help me out please!

@Gemma  Did you happen to change plan right away and not on renewal date ? If so this would be why as PM is pre paid . If this is not the case submit ticket with support to investigate
