Every month I’m having my bill not auto renew. I find out around 28-30th that my phone doesn’t work, I go into the app, I hit “pay now” on the credit card on file, it processes the payment immediately, AND THEN IT CHARGES MY CARD AGAIN AND PUTS MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT SO IT DOUBLE BILLS ME. This has been going on for months and I want it to end but I can’t contact anyone to figure this out. And today I noticed I was also charged $5.65 for an “automatic top up charge” what does that mean?!?!? It wasn’t automatic but also are you charging people for automatically topping up (even though that didn’t happen)

I was not born yesterday, I do see the extra charge credited to my account, the problem is that I didn’t want a charge credited to my account, why do I keep being double charged? The $5 was not added to my account this is a random miscellaneous charge that has no reason. Using public mobile sucks

login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and check again to see if the extra you paid is at Available funds. If it is there, it is a credit and will be used next renewal. And also check Payment history to see if the $5 extra charged shows there
